This policy explains what information Hampton EV Charging collects through evchargerinstallationtowsonmd.com and through phone calls made from this site. It also explains how that information is used and shared.

When you call the number on this site, we collect your phone number and call details, such as the date, time and length of the call.

When you visit this site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used in summary form. It is designed to work without cookies that track you across sites. This site does not use a contact form.

Hampton EV Charging is not an electrical contractor. Calls are answered by or connected to independent licensed contractors. Those contractors set their own prices and perform any work.

Your phone number and call details are shared with the electrician you speak with, so they can talk with you about your project. Each contractor handles your information under its own practices.

Calls may be recorded. Maryland law generally requires the consent of every party to a call before it is recorded (Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 10-402). This notice tells you that calls placed through this site may be recorded. If you do not consent, please do not place a call, or end the call.

We use the information we collect to:

• Keep records of calls
• Run, secure and improve this site
• Meet legal duties

We do not sell personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
